Tuition fees rise - Is the value of a degree rising?

This blog will principally look at the rise in tuition fees. Is the rise in tuition fees just and fair? Is it in the best interests of all parties involved? But most importantly the sub topic I am focusing on is; although the cost of a degree is now substantially more, does this mean the real world value of the degree is higher and therefore looking towards justifying whether it is still worth spending so much money on gaining a degree.
